    To add to my recent post, I found my language at www.language guide.com because they show many examples of what it is and how it is used in our lives. For values I visited the site www.Christianity .com because I value my religion and what I believe in. For nome I looked at www.ausburg.edu/home/edc210/norms-values .com this shows me my norms as an American and you will find good examples.
