  12. I think we should. Just because they don't live in the area, doesn't mean they can't use it. We're all humans and we all need water to live. If we help them now, then they might be willing to help us in the future.

  16. I think we should if we have enough to spare, because it would help relations between other cities and states.

  17. no because we need to use it unless we have enough because if it is ours we should use it first.

  18. No, because that could cause even more problems because more and more people might want to use it, then if we ever needed it there wouldnt be enough left.

  20. Would you rather keep the water for yourself if it meant that others may die?

  21. No, because the number of people who come could get out of hand. I think people who really need the water could come and get it but not people who have water available already. Because if everybody comes and takes the water, the great lakes could run out.

  23. I don't think that we should share it with other people because they could just move by the great lakes if they wanted the water. I think only if they really needed it like desperatly.

  26. Because we have enough water easily for us we should share with those who need it. let them take some for different things like foods and daily life where they need it a lot. People in Africa will propably need some of it.

  30. I would most likely let them die

  31. yes, because when other people lose water its our american duty to help those in need. so if we were in that situation and we didn't live in the Great Lakes area we'd expect to get water from those people........wouldn't we?????????

  36. I would end up giving some to others who are on the verge of death, i know that sounds harsh but it would be hard to give up the most important thing of life.

  38. Yes, because by law, no one person or any group of persons may own a natural body of water, therefore, everyone is protected by the law to use the water in the Great Lakes.
