  2. Why would Dave accept going to live in a place where he can't practice his own religion? If he's a practicing christainity, then why would he go to practice a religion he didnt agree with?

    I personally would be curious about the other religion. It wouldnt matter to me if I was relgious or not.

  6. I do not believe I have ever seen a Muslim in the Kimberly area. It would be interesting to dress up as one and see how people would respond to it

    1. I've seen a couple actually, and there is one in our school. When I lived in Rochester, MN, people didnt react poorly to the muslims at all.

  10. I think it's dumb that they chose Dave to go and do this. He already said he won't pray with them. They will most likely be offended and he isn't getting the whole feel if he doesn't pray with them

  15. He has to follow some strict rules. He is going against all that he is; faith, and he has to be away from his family, his new son. How he was treated in the air-ports were terrible. He was so clueless about the desent about the head scarf about most things. He seem very about of place. - Irish R.

  17. I think its not good that many americans are very stereotypical twords muslims and dont actually know what they are like. I wonder if they have stereotypes about christians.

  18. their cereal looks pretty nice, but other than that the islam religion looks pretty interesting. their rule about the man and a woman in the same room thing sounds pretty extreme, seeing that satan would be the third!!!
    i pressume he will have an issue with fasting.

  31. I think it really shows how stuck up christians are by how open the Muslims are by saying that all three religions are the same and we share a god. And Christians are all saying how terrible and dumb the Muslim religion is.

    2. woah woah you can't generalize people who believe in a religion. this man is not stuck up, he's actually interested in the religion and that's why he accepted this challenge. you are just as bad as you say they are when you talk like that. not all christians are bad and their religion 90% of the time has nothing to do with their attitudes. if anything blame the parenting or whatever.

  32. He says how he is not comfortable with praying alot, but I think he shold give it a try because he came there to experience new things and learn about their culture and its hard for him to understand if he wont do the things he needs to do to understand it.

  41. Showing the bottom of feet and showing the bottom of your shoes is very disresectful and also if you have pets you must put them in a room untill your guest leave, otherwise they get offended and scared.

    1. My mom wants to send me to Bazil this summer where I wouldnt know a single person and I'd be going to there school and everything. That would be for about a month if not longer and I would not be able to communicate with anyone at home at all. He can still talk to his family.
